Personal Training

All personal training programs include the following:

  • Individual training with personal attention to teach proper techniques and monitor progress
  • Monthly Personal Workout Schedules equipped with individual workout card corresponding to each day
  • Trainer conducted Myofascial Release and Static Stretching. Keeps you moving and functioning

All of our programs are great for men and women!

2-3 sessions a week at $50 dollars a session recurring monthly

The importance of eating a nutrient rich diet can not be overstated in terms of reaching your fitness goals, maintaining proper energy levels, and ensuring proper physiological body functions. Using a variety of foods in all food groups to obtain various vitamins and minerals, assigning proper caloric intake per each individuals needs, and making good flavorful food specific to my clients likes and dislikes is my goal in every meal I prepare.

Meal preparation process begins with email communication providing me with the information needed to individualize your meal prep ingredients and volume. Pricing will vary depending on amount of meals and specific diets given that vegan and vegetarian packages will decrease in pricing. No specified menu is given because our goal is to customize each individuals diet with foods they enjoy!
